Started his professional career with Sears Roebuck de Colombia, which he left after four years while being Assistant Manager of the Cartagena store, to join Manufacturas Ajover, one of the largest companies in the local plastic sector, where he was the Assistant Manager for almost 3 years, and then the General Manager for another 7 years. He was called by Tasa Consultores de Colombia, a Swiss-American company in the executive search field, where  he was a partner for 5-½ years. He then went to manage his own company, CONYDE, also as Executive Search Consultant for 9 years, after which he was called by Korn/ Ferry, where he was Vice President and Partner for 6-½ years. Currently he is an associate of Head Hunters International.

Four-year professional experience with Monsanto, CANCAR region (Andean, Central America, and Caribbean), where he was the regional cost control leader; member of the team that implemented SAP with the central platform in Saint Louis (US) and responsible for budgeting, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial results to the parent company. Currently, he is a consultant for Head Hunters International, with administrative responsibilities.
